  I couldn't have had a more comfortable or compassionate experience during a very difficult time. They treated me like I was family and I'll never forget their kindness. I had a limited budget but ended up with the perfect customized vessel for my dad even though I was all alone, broke and an emotional mess. No pressure, no judgment - exactly what I needed.

  I've used Funeral Alternatives 3 different times for close family members and they exceeded my expectations each time. All 3 situations were different and Clair and his team accommodated our needs. They know all the questions to ask at initial meeting and handle all the details. Prices are all inclusive with no surprises. The team is exceptionally caring and go out of their way to add special touches. Their service centers around what the family wants and costs are lower than normal funeral service providers. I can''t say enough nice things about them. I met the owners while serving with them on a non-profit community board.

  My sister, step brother and I met with the owner Clair Ferris to pre plan our 94 year old father's services. I walked out of that meeting with such a burden lifted off my mind. Clair was so gracious and patient with our questions. The next day Clair contacted The Colonial Inn where our father is living to inform them of our wishes. Thanks a million.. Sandy Michael...

  We, as a family, highly recommend Funeral Alternatives of Olympia. My grandfather passed away after fives weeks of nursing care and hospitalizations. He passed away while much of the family was still in town. Alternatives was able to arrange everything necessary to carry out his cremation. They did so in a caring, timely manner. We really appreciated their kindness and their professionalism at such an emotional time.
